Our story began on a ping pong table: Peter, Hong Kongese, believed Pierpaolo would not stand against his powerful serves and spins.

After all it was a ferocious battle since Italians are well-known for their football rather than gripping a table tennis paddle.

While Peter won the honour for his country, Pierpaolo proved Italians can also defend their country with ping pong.
That day signed the beginning of our journey, a true friendship based on mutual respect and trust.
And the same ping pong table represented our first office desk for many years to come.

Gamerada draws inspiration from “Gamarada” – a word meaning “friend” in the language of the Eora Nation, who are Indigenous to the east coast of Australia. 

Since its founding in December 2014,  we have been pushing the boundaries in mobile software development.

We spent these years on developing prototypes, researching best practices, experimenting the most advanced techniques, optimizing mobile performance, solving puzzles and even mastering milk frothing for that perfect cappuccino.

For Pierpaolo, Co-founding Gamerada is the fulfillment of a long-time dream. After obtaining his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Masters in Marketing, Pierpaolo pursued professional training in game development in order to establish his own game studio.

Hailing from the Italian city of Milan, Pierpaolo moved to Sydney in 2009. An avid football player, he finds his compass through the values of the game that is central to his culture: Teamwork, sportmanship and discipline.

Boots of Legend is the brainchild of Pierpaolo, who co-created this revolutionary mobile game with his college peer, Peter, driven by the desire to help unite people around the world – combining his love of football with his passion for technology.

The thrill of keeping up with the fast-evolving landscape of modern day technology, propels Peter to continuously up-level in the professional sphere.

Peter is a specialist in software development and has been working in the IT industry since 1997. His past achievements include developing patented mobile solutions to E-commerce projects.

Since co-founding Gamerada with Pierpaolo, Peter is leveraging this new venture in the mobile game industry to further unleash his creativity and channel his passion for making positive change in the world.

Pierpaolo began his career as a professional event manager in Milan, Italy for over 5 years. His strong free will combined with his desire to explore new horizons has led him to come to Australia almost ten years ago. Upon completion of his master’s qualification in marketing and professional training in game development, he decided to pursue his long-time dream: Establish his own game studio to create online social games like football and other popular team sports. Being a passionate football player, Pierpaolo believes football and other popular team sports will be the next big thing in the mobile gaming because they can truly bring the whole world together to promote global friendship and understanding among the nations and people of the world.

Peter has been working in the IT industry specialising in software development since 1997. His long time interests in mobile technology, computer graphics and game development has driven him to pursue for a career change. Peter met Pierpaolo during his professional training in game development. After completion of the training, Peter worked for a technology start-up in the US where he was inspired by the local entrepreneurial culture. Upon returning to Australia, Peter decided to commit on a similar path and hence joining Pierpaolo to embark on the indie game development journey. With his past achievements ranging from patented mobile payment solution to Ecommerce projects and being an avid gamer, starting a new venture in the mobile game industry has driven him further to unleash his creativity and passion to make positive change in the world.
